Joe Harper CEng MICE
Director | Temporary Works & Demolition Engineer
Joe is a Chartered Civil engineer with over 13 years working in the demolition and construction industry. With a BEng & MSc in Civil and Structural Engineering, he specialises in both demolition engineering and temporary works, but it also well rounded with other aspects of the industry.
Joe also has over 10 years experience in the lifting industry with both the design of lifting equipment and planning lifting operations.​​​
Giuseppe Martino Erbi CEng MICE
Principal Engineer | Temporary Works & Geotechnical Engineer
Giuseppe is a Chartered Principal Engineer with expertise in civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering. With a BSc and MSc in Structural Engineering, he specialises in temporary works design across building, civil, rail, and highways sectors, focusing on innovative and sustainable solutions.

He has successfully led complex projects, blending technical excellence with a collaborative approach to client relationships and project delivery. As a Temporary Works Coordinator and ICE Member, Giuseppe is committed to promoting safety, efficiency, and sustainability in engineering.
